Getting Started: How to share workflows with your team Building workflows to increase your productivity are great, but what's even better is sharing them with your team! Let's walk through how to do that. GETTING STARTED WITH ZAPIER FOR TEAMS Hey Baju Korporat! How's it going? It's great to see you creating workflows to help you get more done with your day. Or maybe you're automating those annoying repetitive jobs you do every day. Either way, it's one for the win column! Well, you know what they say—sharing is caring . Have you tried to share any of your workflows with your team, yet? We find that teams who share their workflows with each other lead to more productive offices. You can inspire teammates with new ways to improve productivity, let others copy the workflows you use, and if you're on vacation (you do like vacations, right?) you can be rest assured that your team has access to manage or update any shared workflows you created. How to share a workflow To share a workflow, simply move one you'd like to share into a shared folder. If your team doesn't have a shared folder yet, you can create one. Once you move a workflow into a shared folder, it's instantly shared with your team. It's that easy. You can even share an entire folder of workflows. Simply hover over a folder and click the gear icon. Then select "Share" in the dropdown and it will turn into a shared folder and share the workflows inside. This is handy when you want to share a lot of workflows. Ready to start sharing with your team?
